Private Retainer Legal Fees
We offer a fair legal fees structure with payment options if necessary. In smaller cases, we can offer a block fee. Your retainer quote will depend on the nature of the charge and the complexity of the matter. We take into consideration disbursements such as milage, hospital records and long distance phone calls when we provide you a quote. At your first meeting we will give you an estimate and will finalize your retainer agreement once we have full disclosure from the Crown and have fully reviewed your defence.
